We have had a great Christmas singing at several different locations spreading the Christmas cheer.

We started at Christ Church in Chatburn, playing a part in their 175th Birthday, as well as singing at Lancaster castle numerous supermarkets, around the pubs in Leyland and Preston train station (pictured) In the main we’ve been singing to collect money for this year’s elected charity North West Blood Bikes. They’re a local charity, completely run by volunteers, who ferry blood between different hospitals who need it in the north west, on you’ve guessed it BIKES!. They’re currently fund raising for a new bike so we’re really pleased we can do what we can to raise awareness and funds for them. We even met a real life blood biker! when we were singing around Leyland pubs with our charity bucket, we got very excited about that as you can imagine.

Now Christmas is over we start thinking about the New Year and new songs, bring on 2014. As always new members are very welcome too.
